GIS Concepts was founded by Charles Case in 1994 as a GIS consulting and custom cartography firm. Charlie has over twenty years experience in GIS and cartography using ESRI products. He has been an ESRI Authorized Instructor since 1998 and has taught hundreds of students in Maryland and Delaware. GIS Concepts is dedicated to providing quality, low cost training for users of ESRI desktop products. Funding for software and training is a major budgetary concern for both government agencies and private industry.
